Heat the olive oil with the chicken, onion, tomato, and oregano over low heat
Season to taste
Cook until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally
Add a little water as needed to prevent drying out
Remove the skin and bones from the chicken thighs and chop the meat
Add the maize and honey (if using)
Mix well
Serve 20 spoonfuls.
