1/4 cup of butter (50 g)
A small onion (70 g), thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic
2 teaspoons of dried thyme or 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme
500 g of smoked fish, coarsely flaked
500 g of zucchini, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons of salt

In a large skillet, melt the butter over high heat
Add the onion, garlic, and thyme and sauté, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the onion is soft (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the smoked fish, zucchini, and salt
Cook, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the vegetables are al dente (approximately 8 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
