Cut the sweet herbs into thick slices and cook them in salted water with added lime wedges
Let it simmer for 10 minutes
To make the sauce, melt 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
Add the flour and mix well until it lightly browns
While continuously mixing, add the milk and cook for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and add 125g grated cheese and egg yolk
Season to taste
Grease a refrigerator-safe mold and arrange the sweet herbs and cooked prosciutto rolls
Cover with 1/2 tablespoon of butter flakes
Finally, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese
