2 cups of grated raw carrots

2 tablespoons of melted hydrogenated fat
1/2 cup of milk

Wash, grate, and chop the carrots and mix with cake flour
Add salt, melted fat, and milk to the eggs
Combine this mixture with the grated carrots and cake flour
Place in a mold with a central opening or small ramekins and place in a hot water bath
Bake until firm.
