Heat a large skillet over low heat and add the olive oil
Add the onion
Cook for 2 minutes
Break the broccoli florets into smaller pieces and add them to the skillet along with the carrots
Add 5 tablespoons of water
Cover the skillet and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender
Stir occasionally
Add the parsley and sesame seeds
Mix well and serve hot
