1 medium cabbage (1 kg), cut into strips
1 can of peeled tomato, drained (400 g)
2 tablespoons of kummel (caraway seed)
2 leaves of rosemary
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle)

In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients except for the Parmesan cheese, cover and bring to a boil over high heat
Avoid the heat and cook until the cabbage is tender (approximately 20 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve
