1 medium cabbage (1 kg), cut into strips
1 can of peeled tomato, drained (400 g)
2 tablespoons of alcaravia (kumquat) leaves
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (for dusting)

In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the cheese, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat
Reduce the heat and cook until the cabbage is tender (about 20 minutes)
