1 cup of diced tomatoes

2 cups of orange juice

Place the tomatoes in a blender and blend at high speed until they form a puree
Add the green bell peppers and blend well
Add the spinach and blend until the mixture is smooth
Cut the celery, without leaves, into 2 cm pieces and add it to the blender mixture
Blend again
Add the garlic and blend until smooth
Add the cold water and blend for another 10 seconds at low speed until well mixed
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until chilled
In this case, before serving, blend a little more
Makes 3 cups
