Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Wash the Catalonia, blanch it in water and salt, then squeeze out excess liquid and coarsely chop
Cook the bacon until crispy, combine with greenery and season with salt and red pepper flakes
Simmer until tender, let cool, mix with ricotta cheese
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 cm
Line the bottom and sides of a 26 cm diameter mold
Add the filling and decorate with pastry strips
Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
