1 pound of 500g beef mignon, frozen
All-purpose flour
Vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium bunch of broccoli cut into florets (150g)
For the sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons chopped green onion

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the sauce

1 pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Remove the beef from the freezer and slice it into thick strips 7cm long
Place the slices in a plate and cut thin strips against the grain
Let it thaw, then coat the slices with flour and fry them in hot oil until they're golden brown
Drain on paper towels and reserve
In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and sauté the broccoli
Cover the pan and cook quickly until the broccoli is crispy. Reserve
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and nutmeg
Dissolve the flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the sauce
Mix well and add chopped green onion
In a pan, heat the sauce and bring it to a simmer until it thickens
Combine the cooked beef and broccoli
Serve hot immediately, divided into four portions.
