8 large cucumbers

4 red bell peppers without seeds and white parts
4 large onions cut into 4 pieces
2 tablespoons of mustard in grade

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into slices
Place them in a glass or ceramic bowl
Add salt and mix well
Let it rest in the refrigerator for one day to another
Drain and grind together with red bell pepper and onion using the coarsest plate
Put it in a saucepan
Add remaining ingredients
Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes
Fill hot sterilized jars and seal tightly
Let it set for 3 half-liter jars.
