1 head of cabbage

2 tablespoons (or more) of caraway seeds

1/4 cup of melted butter

Remove the coarse stems from the cabbage and cut it into four pieces
Place the cabbage in boiling, salted water and bring to a boil
When the water comes to a boil again, reduce the heat
Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the cabbage is cooked but still crisp
Drain the cabbage and place it on a plate to serve
Mix the caraway seeds, lemon juice, and melted butter and pour over the cabbage
Serve in four parts.
