1 cup delight
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
salt and black pepper to taste

Bring the milk to a simmer in a saucepan and add the cabbage
Let it cook slowly for 2 minutes
Mix together the flour and butter
Add some hot milk
Add to the cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly
Season with salt and black pepper just before serving.
