5 slices of smoked bacon, diced (60 g)
1 can of black beans in tomato sauce, drained and rinsed (300 g)

4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (for dusting)

In a large pot, bring 3 liters of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt
High heat
Add the pasta and cook without covering until al dente (15 minutes)
In a medium pan, sauté the garlic, onion, and bacon over medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes)
Add the black beans, thyme, and red pepper flakes
Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes
Drain the pasta and transfer to a bowl
Combine the black bean mixture and toss with the pasta
Dust with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately
