Two soup spoons of olive oil
One finely chopped garlic clove
Half a kilogram of tomatoes, cut into strips
One green pepper, seeded and skinned, cut into 2-centimeter cubes
One onion, cut into 2-centimeter cubes
A quarter cup of water mixed with one tablespoon of cornstarch
One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Prepare the rim according to instructions
Cut into 2-centimeter pieces
Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat
Add the rim and garlic, frying until lightly golden
Add the tomatoes, pepper, and onion
Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes
Add the cornstarch mixture dissolved in water and Worcestershire sauce
Mix well
Check the seasoning and serve immediately with rice
