4 sliced sausages
100g of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Dough
In a saucepan, combine the milk, vegetable broth, butter, salt, and pepper
Bring to a boil and then add the flour
Stir quickly until it comes away from the sides of the pan
Remove from heat and let cool
Filling
In a blender, blend together the sausage, ricotta cheese, and milk, and stir in the parsley
Season with salt and pepper
Shape the dough into rolls and fill them with the filling mixture
Dip the rolls in beaten egg and then coat in breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Serve immediately.
