2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Beat the whites until stiff peaks form
Add the yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition
Gradually add the granulated sugar, beating always
Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder, mixing well
Bake in a 40 cm x 28 cm greased pan until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Turn over onto a lightly floured cloth
Wrap in the cloth and let cool
Unwrap, fill with whipped cream, and roll up again just before serving
