Filling:
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of vanilla extract
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 grated coconut
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Dough:
6 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of cold water
6 tablespoons of unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
a few drops of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Filling:

To make the filling, line a tray with aluminum foil
Grease it with 2 tablespoons of butter
Cover it with the following filling: mix sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract and spread over the tray
Sprinkle with grated coconut then chopped nuts
For the dough: beat egg whites with sugar in an electric mixer until light and fluffy
Add chocolate and vanilla extract
Combine flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt
Add egg yolks
Place this mixture over the filling
Bake in a hot oven (350°F) for 15 to 20 minutes
Gently press down on the dough with your finger; if it doesn't leave an impression, it's ready
Dust with powdered sugar
Remove from the oven and flip onto a plate
Remove foil and roll up with the help of a towel
Let cool and top with whipped cream
Serve chilled.
