Mix the meat with finely chopped onion and garlic
Add remaining ingredients and knead well
Season to taste
Shape into rolls and fry in hot oil, about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
To freeze, let cool completely
Place in containers or plastic bags and store in the freezer
To thaw, place frozen in a skillet and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
