Dough:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 cup of milk
Filling:
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small box of Catupiry
Dough:

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small box of Catupiry
Mix all dough ingredients
Knead the dough until it's smooth and pliable
Roll out the dough and cut into squares
Brush each square with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Place a small piece of Catupiry on one side (the narrower side) of the square
Wrap tightly to prevent Catupiry from escaping
Place in greased baking dish dusted with flour
Leave rolls with seam facing down so they don't open up
Bake until lightly golden, at moderate temperature (170°).
