4 boneless chicken breasts
1 large or 2 medium cooked carrots
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
salt and black pepper to taste
4 boneless chicken breasts

Cut the chicken breast in half, then make a thin slice from each half, pounding well
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Slice the carrots into strips
Stuff each chicken slice with some carrot strips and chopped green onion
Roll up and tie with two toothpicks
Wrap in a special plastic bag for freezing or aluminum foil
Place in the freezer
