Filling
1 can of sardines
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1/4 cup of grated cheese
1/4 cup of pitted olives
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 chopped onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough
12 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
1 cup of olive oil
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of salt
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Set the filling aside
Dough
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Combine all dough ingredients except egg whites and yeast in a blender
Blend until smooth and set aside
Beat egg whites until stiff and add yeast, sifted
Add to the dough and mix delicately
2 Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured pan, spread the filling, and cover with the remaining dough
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Serve hot or cold.
