Rinse the fish fillets, squeeze with lemon juice
Season lightly with salt and pepper
Cover with chopped bacon and sliced mushrooms
Roll up the fish pieces one by one and place them side by side in a refrigerator-safe dish
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them between the fish rolls
Slice the onions thinly and distribute over the fish
Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle a little white wine on top
Cover the dish.
