Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the cut-up butter
Add sufficient milk and a few drops of hot pepper sauce
Mix with a spoon until the dough is even
Shape into a ball, then open the dough with a rolling pin and make a 30 x 22 cm rectangle
Sprinkle with red bell pepper flakes and shredded cheese
Roll up, starting from the longer side
Cut into 2.5 cm thick slices and arrange in a greased baking dish
Bake in a hot oven (220°C) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
