6 large cabbage leaves
For the filling
2 cups of cooked ham, cut into cubes
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
1 whole egg
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
A pinch of mustard powder
For the topping
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of grated Swiss cheese, coarsely ground
A pinch of cayenne pepper
6 large cabbage leaves

Unroll the cabbage leaves
Place them in a refrigerator and cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening
Microwave on high for about 2 minutes, until they become pliable. Reserve
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, mix together the ham, cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, and mustard powder. Reserve
Prepare the topping: in a bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well and reserve
Divide the filling among the 6 cabbage leaves
Cover the filling with the underside of each leaf
Fold the sides to the center and roll
Secure with toothpicks and place in a 20 cm square refrigerator
Cover and microwave on high for about 5 minutes, or until the filling is firm
Spread the topping over it and microwave again for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts
Remove the toothpicks and serve hot
