4 fillets of beef

Lime juice from 1 lime
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 piece of green onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a non-stick skillet, dry-fry the onion and reserve
In the same pan, sear the beef fillets
Add chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes
Remove from heat
After cooling, shred the beef
Soak each sheet of rice paper in warm water until pliable
Lay them out on paper towels to absorb excess water
Fill the roll-ups with lettuce, shredded beef, carrots, and bean sprouts
Add onion and parsley finally
Roll up tightly and serve with the sauce
