Make the dough according to the recipe
Roll out the dough on plastic wrap and reserve
In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, raisins, and nuts
Season with salt and pepper to taste and spread over the dough
Roll up like a croissant and wrap well in plastic wrap
Cook for five minutes in boiling water and let cool
Cut into slices and arrange on an ungreased refrigerator dish
Drizzle with white sauce and bake in a medium oven preheated to 20 minutes
