Season the beef with salt and black pepper
Melt the butter and coat the beef on all sides
Transfer to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes or until desired doneness (rare, medium rare, or well done)
Remove from the oven and let it rest
Sauce: Mix together olive oil, capers, lemon juice, and half of the Parmesan cheese
Season with salt and black pepper
Cut the beef into thin slices and drizzle with the sauce
Dust with remaining Parmesan cheese and serve cold.
