12 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 tablespoon unsalted gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 to 2 tablespoons mustard
1 and 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 ramekin natural yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 pickled cucumbers, diced
2 cooked carrots, cut into cubes
1 can of drained green beans
salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil and vinegar
12 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Let the gelatin soak in water for a few minutes
Heat it over low heat until dissolved
Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, dissolved gelatin, mustard, salt, black pepper, parsley, and cucumber
Pour into an oiled ring mold
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate until firm
Unmold
Season the carrot and green beans with salt, black pepper, olive oil, and vinegar
Place in the center of the ring and serve
