For the dough

Dough
Step 1
Place the flour on a smooth surface and make a hole in the center
In it, place the eggs and mix them with a fork
Then, add flour until well incorporated

Using your hands, shape the dough into a ball for the roll
Wrap it in aluminum foil and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes

On a floured surface, using a wooden rolling pin, open the dough to form a rectangular shape
Filling

In a food processor, beat the beef, chicken breast, and leek
Add garlic, egg, and mix again
Add thyme and rosemary and mix once more
Spread this filling over the opened dough and roll it up to the smaller side

Wrap the roll in a thin cloth and tie both ends with twine
In a large pot, bring enough water to cover the roll, with 1 tablespoon of salt
Place the roll in the pot and cook for an hour
Step 6
Remove the roll from the pot
Remove it from the cloth and let it cool
Cut it into slices and arrange them on a refrigerator
Soak with cream and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Serve.
