1 head of lettuce
8 large tomatoes
1 can of asparagus
1 can of tuna
1 cup (of the kind you'd use for chips) of mayonnaise
2 cooked eggs
vinaigrette dressing
1 head of lettuce

1 cup (of the kind you'd use for chips) of mayonnaise

Wash the lettuce, chop it finely, season with vinaigrette and spread it on a platter
Cut a lid off the tomatoes and remove the seeds
Chop the cooked eggs and tuna, mix with mayonnaise and fill the tomatoes with this mixture
Place them in a crown over the lettuce salad
Between each tomato, place two or three asparagus.
