Drain and cut into cubes
Grill the sausage and cut it into slices
In a bowl, mix the cooked sweet potato, sliced sausage, chopped bacon, cucumber, and cheddar cheese
Season with mustard, vinegar, and olive oil
In a salad bowl, arrange the washed and dried lettuce leaves
Place the salad in the middle and, if desired, decorate with colorful bell pepper slices
