2 ripe pears, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Arrange the pears in a baking dish without overlapping them
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the pears are dry and slightly toasted
Let it cool and reserve
In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, parsley, coriander, and cumin
Add the remaining ingredients, mix with the pears, and serve immediately at room temperature.
