Trim the ends off the cucumbers
Scoop out the insides with a spoon
Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve it over low heat in a double boiler
Mix together the gelatin, pickles, yogurt, mayonnaise, and mustard
Stuff the cucumbers and refrigerate until the filling is firm
Cut into slices and serve with fresh green leaves.
