FOR THE CREAM
1 ripe banana, chopped coarsely
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
1 large mango, sliced
2 medium oranges, peeled and seeded, cut into wedges
1 1/4 cups green grapes (Italy type), stemmed and halved (250 g)
1 1/4 cups red grapes (rubi type), stemmed and halved (250 g)
1/2 medium papaya, cut into chunks (750 g)
FOR THE CREAM

PREPARE THE CREAM: blend the banana and honey in a processor or blender
Add the heavy cream and blend for another minute
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes
Arrange the fruits in individual cups or a large bowl
Top with the cream and serve
