Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan, add soy beans and maintain at a simmer for 5 minutes

Drain, add cold water, and massage the soy beans with your hands to remove the skin

In a saucepan, place 2 liters of water and cook the soy beans for 40 minutes or until they become al dente
