1/2 cup American lettuce
1 cup of fresh, finely chopped spinach
1 small cucumber, diced
1 small carrot, grated
1/2 cup diced mango for the dressing
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup dandelion leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil (to taste)
Salt to taste
1/2 cup American lettuce
1 cup of fresh, finely chopped spinach

1/2 cup diced mango for the dressing
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup dandelion leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil (to taste)
Salt to taste
Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and reserve
Assemble the salad
Coarsely chop the lettuce leaves
In a large serving bowl, layer the lettuce, spinach, carrot, cucumber, and mango
Serve with the dressing.
