Wrap the goat cheese slices in pistachio crust
Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds or conventional oven at 180°C for 30 seconds
Do not let the goat cheese melt - it should be warm only
Assembly: distribute the leaves evenly on four individual plates
Place the warm goat cheese slices on the leaves and season with salt, oil, and lemon
This salad is a great option as an appetizer.
