Place the broccoli in the refrigerator and microwave on high for two minutes
Drain
Reserve 1/4 of the florets and chop the rest
In a bowl, combine the pineapple, turkey, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and black pepper
Add the eggs and broccoli and mix well
Place in the refrigerator, cover with plastic wrap, and make small cuts with a knife
Microwave on high for three minutes
Reduce heat to medium and cook until firm
Remove and let cool
Chill for one hour
Serve with salad
