1 head of lettuce
750g cooked, peeled, and chilled shrimp
2 avocados, halved and sliced
4 tomato wedges
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
3 carrots, julienned
1 cucumber, sliced into thin rounds

Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves and arrange all the ingredients in rows
Mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, green pepper, green onion, and season to taste
Combine heavy cream and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving
Serve separately.
