For the croutons: 4 slices of bread, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of melted butter
For the dressing: 1/2 cup of Gorgonzola cheese (75 g)
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste
2 small heads of lettuce, washed and drained
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion

Preheat the oven to medium (180°C)
Prepare the croutons: place the bread cubes in a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Reserve
Prepare the dressing: blend the Gorgonzola cheese, olive oil, and heavy cream in a blender, until smooth
Transfer to a bowl, add the white wine vinegar and salt
Mix well
Chop the lettuce leaves and arrange them on a plate
Dress with the dressing and mix
Sprinkle the croutons on top, garnish with red bell pepper and green onion
Serve immediately
