4 slices of bread, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Dressing
1/2 cup of gorgonzola cheese
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste
Lettuce Salad
2 small heads of lettuce, washed and drained
1 peppercorn or to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped green onions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Place bread cubes in a baking dish and brush with melted butter
Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown
Dressing
Mix gorgonzola cheese, olive oil, and heavy cream in a blender until smooth
Transfer to a bowl, add white wine vinegar and salt, and mix well
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Lettuce Salad
Chop lettuce leaves and arrange in a salad bowl
Dress with the dressing and toss
Top with crostini and sprinkle with peppercorn and green onions
