Ingredients: 1 head of lettuce; 8 large tomatoes; 1 can of asparagus; 1 can of tuna; 1 cup (tablespoon) of mayonnaise sauce; 2 hard-boiled eggs; vinaigrette dressing

Directions

Wash the lettuce, chop it finely, season with vinaigrette and spread it on a platter

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and remove the seeds

Chop the hard-boiled eggs and tuna, mix with mayonnaise and fill the tomatoes with this mixture

Arrange them in a circle over the lettuce salad

Place two or three asparagus spears between each tomato.
