Sauté the onion in butter
Add salt, black pepper, and finally the water
Add the rice, stir, and cook until it's soft and dry
Add 1/2 cup of herbs and nuts
Mix delicately and let cool with the lid on
Beat the yogurt with the remaining herbs and build the salad
Put the cold rice in a bowl and spread around the yogurt cream
Serve immediately.
