8 slices of pork loin
1 can of tuna in oil, drained

1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of honey

Mix all the ingredients well. Reserve
Salad
Blend the pork loin into small pieces in a blender until smooth
Add the tuna and mayonnaise and blend well
Place the mixture into a gift box and distribute among eight plates
Arrange the lettuce leaves around and drizzle with the reserved dressing
Garnish with cucumber slices and black olives, and serve immediately.
