3 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of English Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons of water
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1 pinch of paprika
1 can of peeled tomatoes
3 cups of chopped onion
1 bottle of sliced mushrooms
3 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of English Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons of water
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic

1 can of peeled tomatoes
3 cups of chopped onion
1 bottle of sliced mushrooms
Remove the skin and bones from the chicken breasts
Cut the chicken in half
Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer
In a small bowl, mix together Worcestershire sauce, water, oregano, garlic, and paprika
Brush the chicken pieces with this mixture
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes
Place the peeled tomatoes among the chicken pieces and reserve the liquid from the can
Chop the onion evenly on top
Arrange the mushrooms
Drain the reserved liquid from the can over the top
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender
A portion for someone on a diet consists of 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup of onion and mushrooms, 1/2 cup of tomato and broth.
