50g white beans
1 leek
1 rounded tablespoon of unsalted butter
65g Italian-style prosciutto or cooked ham
1 rounded tablespoon tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cube or tablet beef broth

Soak the beans overnight
Cook the same water the beans were soaking in for 1.5 hours or 25 minutes in a pressure cooker
Add the chopped leek and cook for another hour
Add the tablet and let it dissolve
Pan-fry the prosciutto slices in butter, in a pan
Add the tomato paste
Add the white bean soup
Season to taste
Serve with approximately 300 calories per serving.
