1 medium red bell pepper (130g), seeded and chopped
1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (60ml)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped (180g)
1 medium zucchini, chopped (200g)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
2 cans of tuna in oil (260g)
1 head of lettuce with torn leaves

In a medium bowl, mash the red bell pepper with the heavy cream using a spoon or a fork until you get a thick paste
Add the lime juice, salt, and honey
Mix well and add the cucumber, zucchini, and coriander
Mix again and reserve
Part the tuna into large chunks and mix delicately with the reserved sauce
Arrange the torn lettuce leaves in a serving dish and, just before serving, place the tuna salad on top
Serve chilled
