600g of cod (soaked and rinsed)

1 natural yogurt (200g)
1 cup of heavy cream, in a can or long life
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of olive oil
to taste with salt and black pepper

Cut the cod into pieces and remove the bones
Soak it with lemon juice
Mix it with corn, carrot, scallions chopped into fine rings, peas, parsley, cilantro, yogurt, cream, mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Verify the seasoning and mix well
Let it rest for 1 hour before serving
