Cook the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut them into wedges
Season them, still warm, with vinaigrette dressing to which you should add chopped salsa and mustard, as well as cooked eggs finely chopped
Heat a skillet over sausages, cut them into wedges, and join them to the seasoned sweet potatoes
Remove the pits from olives and place them in cavities, with small pieces of tomatoes
Line a dish with lettuce leaves, arrange the salad on top, and garnish with stuffed olives and tomato
